Woke up hungry with nothing in the fridge except eggs so fixed this up real quick....! Will keep you going for atleast a couple of hours without any more of those hunger pangs.. 😉

Ingredients

  1. 1Cooking oil
  2. 2Eggs
  3. 1Salt, haldi, red chilly powder

Cooking Instructions

    Add just a few drops of cooking oil to the pan and heat.

  2. 2

    Break 2 eggs n pour them on the hot oil. Spread evenly over the pan area.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle a pinch of salt, haldi and red chilly powder (as per taste).

  4. 4

    Let it settle for a minute on a medium burner, then toss it over upside-down n heat for half a minute.

  5. 5

    Take it off the pan n it's ready! You can eat it plain, or with bread slices like a sandwish or any other way you like =)
