Raw papaya curry
Steps

Wash papaya pcs, keep aside. Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it.

Fry papaya pcs till light brown, take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Add rest of the oil in the same pan, heat it. In goes dalchini, laung & kali mirch, stir it. Add in onion, stir fry it until light brown.

Now add ginger garlic paste, saute it until rawness is released, add lil water to avoid burning. In goes salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder & dhania powder, mix it well. Sprinkle lil water, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Add in tomato puree, cook it until oil has surfaced. In goes sugar, mix it well.

Now add fresh cream, stir fry it for a minute, add in garam masala powder, mix it well, cook it until oil has oozed out.

In goes fried papaya pcs, stir fry it for a minute.

Add 2 cup hot water, mix it well. In goes some chopped dhania patta, mix it well, give a boil.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until papaya is almost cooked. Gravy can be a lil saucy.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with a dhania sprig...
