  3. 2 tbspjaggery
  4. 1 tspKashmiri red chili powder
  5. 1/2 tspChili powder
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 1/4 tspBlack salt
  8. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  9. 1/4 tspGaram masala
  10. 1/2 tspDry Ginger 🫚 powder

    Cut the plums in length wise or small pieces keep seeds aside

    In a blender jar put plums & blend it nicely remove in a bowl add 3-4 tbsp water in blender blend it & pour in glass you can see in pic

    Heat a pan on medium heat add plum purée & water let it boil add sugar & Jaggery mix nicely now add spices & cook for 5 min check these seasoning & correct it

    Let it cool down completely & fill in a glass jar 🫙
