In a bowl add smashed potatoes. To this add all ingredients as mentioned in 2 step. Mix well and form a dough. Make lemon size balls and flatten it with hands to round tikki shape.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis into golden brown.

For green chutney - Grind all ingredients into smooth paste. For sweet chutney - Mix tamarind pulp and jaggery powder in warm water.

In a plate place tikki, spread curd, green chutney, sweet chutney, sprinkle red chilli powder and chat masala. Serve Hot.
