These are super crispy and yummy treat for momo lovers.

Heat up the pan, add oil then saute chopped onion, ginger garlic in oil.
Add on all spices mentioned and saute for a minute. - 2
Add minced mutton,and let it cook completely.
Then add chopped coriander leaves.
Let th mixture cools down completely. - 3
In a parat add all-purpose flour, salt and add water gradually and make soft dough.
Keep it away for 20 minutes.
Further, pinch a small ball sized momos dough and flatten.
Now dust with some maida and start to roll using a rolling pin.
Roll to almost medium thin circle. around 4 – 5 inch in diameter. make sure you roll from sides and keep the centre slightly thick.
Now place a heaped tbsp of prepared stuffing in the centre. - 4
Start pleating the edges slowly and gather everything.
Press in middle and seal the momos forming a bundle.
heat a steamer and arrange the momos in the tray without touching each other Furthermore, steam momos for 10-12 minutes or till shiny sheen appears over it. - 5
Lastly, you can extend the recipe by deep frying these steamed momos in hot oil. I like the deeply fried momos, as they are crispy and tastier.
