One of the most comforting and nostalgic childhood favourites is a grilled cheese sandwich paired with French fries. my Tomato Grilled Cheese Sandwich is perfect! Summer fresh tomatoes and green chillies are tucked into the sandwich to make the ultimate flavour combination!

3 Potatoes
Salt as required to sprinkle on the fries
Oil for frying
For Sandwich

Butter as required
1tomato
3green chillies
Salt and pepper as required
3 cubescheddar cheese
1 Glassfresh and chilled pixie juice

First to make french fries..
Cut and wash potatoes.
Cut in a medium thick slice.
Heat the oil and fry the potato chips in a batch.
When done, remove on the kitchen paper and sprinkle the salt.

Now for sandwiches...
Butter the bread,
Cut the tomato and chop the chillies.
Now sprinkle the salt and pepper powder on the bread,
Add Tomato rings, chillies and crush the cheese.
Now cover with another bread.

Put the loaded bread in a grilled sandwich toaster and toast till bread gets crunchy.
Remove from the toaster
And cut in a triangle.

Serve the sandwich in a serving dish along with French fries.
Serve fresh pixie juice.
Enjoy the snack at any time.
