Steps

Remove head and shells from the prawns and fry them for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the tomato paste.

After 3 minutes deglaze with white wine.Add salt and pepper and cook for 45 minutes. Strain the bisque.

Put the bisque in the pan and whisk in the garlic. Add the cooking cream, and lemon.

Fry the prawns in a separate pan
And add them in to the sauce. Garnish with cilantro.
