Wash, make dry bhindi and capsicum. Crush peanut, sesame seeds, besan Ganthiya in a mixture jar.

Cut bhindi and capsicum in a length wise. Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds, caromseeds, asafoetida.

Heat oil in a pan, add cut capsicum, cook for 3 minutes. When bhindi half cooked, add cooked capsicum.

Take bowl, transfer crushed peanut, sesame seeds and besan Ganthiya, add salt, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, sugar, garam masala and oil, make sabji masala.

Add Sabji masala in a bhindi capsicum sabji. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes.

When bhindi capsicum sabji is ready serve with ' bhakhri'.
