  • 1-2cucumbers 🥒
  • 1.5 cmginger root 🫚
  • 2 clovesgarlic 🧄
  • green onions
  • 4 tbspsoy sauce
  • 4 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tbspsesame oil
  • 2 tspsesame seeds
  • to taste salt 🧂

    Grate the carrots and cucumber using a Korean carrot grater. Add chopped green onions.

    Grate the ginger and garlic on a medium grater. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, salt to taste, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Mix well.

    Season the salad and mix. You can serve it right away, but if it sits for a while it will become even tastier.
