    Gathered ingredients

    Brush the bowl with oil. Put egg yolk in it and sprinkle salt, finely chopped onion, tomato and Coriander on it and steam for 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes wait for 2 minutes then scoop out the steamed muffin.
