Heat a pan put very little at one time keep stirring it and roast. While roasting if you will not put many at a time then rajiga seeds will not pop up.
Keep continuously until they puff up well. - 2
Then seive roasted rajgira in small amount and keep the puffed rajgira in a bowl. To prepare jaggery syrup heat
2 tbsp of ghee in a pan.As
the jaggery melt add 2 tsp water in a pan.Cook for while. - 3
Later turn off the flame and strain the syrup through a seive in the same bowl with rajgira put cashew nut chopped almond raisins in bowl and mix every thing well bind firm ladoos from the mixture with wet hands and place them on a plate. Now our rajgira ladoos is ready.And eat on a fasting day.
