This is a healthy Jain recipe which is always made at my home during Paryushan. We don't use onion, garlic or any veggies. Aata is added so easily digested by aged.

This is a healthy Jain recipe which is always made at my home during Paryushan. We don't use onion, garlic or any veggies. Aata is added so easily digested by aged.
Steps

Start by taking both the flours in a bowl. Add chilli, paste, coriander, chilli powder,salt.

Gradually add water and make a medium thick but flowy consistency batter.

Heat a non-stick tawa. Spread the batter to make a thin chilla. Sprinkle some oil and make it crispy on both the sides.

Enjoy with coconut chutney or any other chutney or ketchup.
