150 gmsoil
3lemons
Lemon zest
30 mlsqueezed lemon juice
1/2 cupmilk
3eggs

Mix the sugar and lemon zest.

Add the 3 eggs and mix together.

Add the milk,lemon juice and oil mix.

Add in your flour and mix briefly.NB,do not overmix it.

Grease your tin and line it with grease proof paper.

Add your mixture to the tin and set it in the oven.

Set the oven to 30minutes.

Once the cake is ready,let it cool and serve to your liking.
