Paprika
Creole seasoning
Rice
Black beans
Mexican cheese
Salsa
Bitchin chipotle sauce

Steps

Cook 1 cup rice in rice cooker

Cut chicken breast in half to butterfly. Season with paprika, pepper, and Creole seasoning.

Cook chicken in pan until done.

Place rice in bowl, a few cut pieces of chicken, black beans, Mexican cheese, salsa, and Bitchin chipotle sauce.
