Milkshake or Milk Smoothie with Paan and Gulkhand is a yummy variation for any day and anyone. It would be loved by both young and the adults. It's absolutely refreshing and a flavourful creamy and a healthy homemade cold beverage.
The best part is that it has Rose Petals Jam or Preserve along with a 1 or 2 small Betel leaves. If the leaves are big, then half or a single one suffices for one glass of yummy Milkshake. Or better still it can be made sans the Betel leaves. Only Gulkhand is enough for a healthy Milkshake.
The Rose Jam or Preserve is also purely homemade and that's what makes it more flavourful and aromatic plus healthier as well.
This easy peasy Milkshake tastes absolutely delicious with simple ingredients. Kids would love it on any day. It's good for a change once in a while. Over consumption should be avoided always and moderation is the key to a good usage. This should be kept in mind. And very young leaves should be used that doesn't give you a sharp taste or bitterness. One leaf is enough as such but can add 2 also if desired. All said and done, let's get going.

Wash and roughly tear the betel leaves. Add them to a blender jar along with all the other ingredients as mentioned.

Blitz on a high for 1 minute or until everything gets mixed well.
