To make the caramel, heat the sugar in a skillet over low heat, stirring constantly. Once it turns golden brown, add the butter, then the heavy cream and a generous pinch of salt, stirring continuously.

Slice the bananas lengthwise and place them in the bottom of a baking dish. Pour the caramel over the bananas.

In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, flour, and baking powder. Mix well. Add the yogurts and chocolate chips, then mix again.

Pour the mixture over the bananas and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
