Sprouted Moong Daal Rice

Rice Pulao with sprouts is delicious and healthy too.I have prepared this recipe with leftover rice and green moong daal sprouts. It's simple yet very delicious.

Rice Pulao with sprouts is delicious and healthy too.I have prepared this recipe with leftover rice and green moong daal sprouts. It's simple yet very delicious.
Steps

Heat ghee and oil in a kadhai. Add bay leaves, cardamom seeds. Saute on low flame till aromatic. Add cumin seeds and allow to crackle.

Fry sliced onion till golden brown, add chopped green coriander leaves and saute on low heat.

Add moong daal sprouts and roast both on low flame. Then mix ginger powder and coriander powder with the masala and mix nicely.

Now add the cooked rice, tomatoes salt and turmeric powder. Mix well with a light hand and add half a cup of water.

Again mix well and allow the water to be absorbed by rice 🍚. Garnish the Pulao with chopped green coriander and mint leaves and serve hot. Thanks
