2Eggplant
3Pointed Gourd (Potol)
1Lemon(Kagzi)
1Onion, finely chopped
1Green Chilli, chopped
1 tbspChopped Parsley
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspMustard Oil

Wash and roast eggplant and pointed gourd on a tawa.

Cover and roast till cooked well from inside.

Peel off skin and put in a mixing bowl with chopped onion, green chilli and parsley.

Mash well with a masher and add salt and lemon juice.

Add mustard oil, mix well and serve.
