Paratha's are the popular breakfast in northern India,usually prepared with wheat flour. This time I prepared a healthy combination of multigrains in a paratha form. It is soft, flaky and very nutritious too, however, cheese is added to the stuffing to make it more delicious.

Paratha's are the popular breakfast in northern India,usually prepared with wheat flour. This time I prepared a healthy combination of multigrains in a paratha form. It is soft, flaky and very nutritious too, however, cheese is added to the stuffing to make it more delicious.

In a pan or wok add water and let's it bring a boil. Add 1 tbsp oil,salt,turmeric powder, Chilli flakes cumin seeds. Stir well

Now add multigrain flour,keep stirring and mix it well, turn off the flame. Cover it and leave for 10 minutes.

Transfer in a mixing bowl add coriander leaves mix again and knead it for 4-5 minutes. If needed add little water. Make a soft dough.

Make medium size balls from the dough. Take one ball rolled it like a paratha. Place mozzarella cheese in the middle of paratha add some coriander leaves.

Fold it from one side then fold from other side. Then fold it from top and bottom side as shown in the picture. It's look like a pocket.

Rolled the paratha gently. Place it on a hot tawa and cook from one side. Flip it spread 1tsp oil all over the paratha and cooked it from both side till it turn golden brown.

Make all parathas from the remaining dough and served hot.
