Ingredients

2 to 3 people
  • 1/2 cupQuinoa
  • 1 cupwater + water to wash and soak
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1/4 teaspoonhing
  • 2green chilli
  • Handfulcurry leaves
  • 1/4 inchginger grated
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  • 1/2 teaspoonurad dhal
  • to taste Salt

    Soak the quinoa for 1/2 hour.

    Rub and wash it three times and till water turns transparent.

    Now add butter and salt.

    Add one cup water and in medium heat cover and cook for 15 mins with stirring once with a fork in between.Once cooked fluff it cool it and add curds to it.

    Followed by milk. Keep chilli curry leaves and ginger chopped.

    In hot oil add mustard seeds, jeera half urad dhal let it splutter then add green chilli curry leaves and ginger with hing.

    Add the tadka to the quinoa curd rice.
