Grind turmeric powder salt coriander leaves red chilli semolina barley flour poha in 1bowl.

After that make the poha tikkis by flattening them in the palm of your hand.Then brush light oil in the fry pan.When the oil is hot shallow fry the tikkis.

Serve with bhujia and tomato sauce on top. Leftover poha and barley flour tikki is ready.
