Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 headbok choy
  2. 1/2 packenoki mushrooms
  3. 3 1/2 ozpork (about 100g)
  4. 10 1/2 oztofu (about 300g)
  5. 2 tablespoonspeanut butter
  6. 2 teaspoonschicken bouillon
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoonssoy sauce
  8. 1 teaspoondoubanjiang (chili bean paste)
  9. 1 2/3 cupswater (about 400ml)
  10. Crushed peanuts, to taste
  11. Chili oil, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the bok choy, enoki mushrooms, and pork.

    Stir-fry the bok choy stems and pork in sesame oil.

    Add the ingredients marked with ◎ and dissolve the peanut butter thoroughly.

    Add the enoki mushrooms and tofu, and bring to a boil.

    Add the bok choy leaves and simmer until wilted.

    Top with crushed peanuts and chili oil to taste, and it's ready to serve!
