Steps

In a pan add milk, add milk powder + sugar and mix well.

Cook the mixture under medium flame till mixture thickens. Allow to cool, Khoya is done.

Take bread slices and make it thin with the help of a rolling pin, keep aside.

Put 4 cup milk to pan, add sugar + cardamom and cook for 8-9 minutes under medium flame till milk thickens.
Discard cardamom and keep aside.
Malai is done. - 5
Take bread slice, add medium quantity of Khoya to it and roll it very gently. Place the rolls in a setting dish.

Pour Milk on the rolls so that Bread absorbs milk and turns soft.
Then add Malai over the Rolls and Keep aside. Keep aside for 2-3 hours. - 7
Sprinkle chopped dry fruits on rolls and it's ready to serve.
