Ingredients

  1. 12eggs
  2. 2 cupspancake batter
  3. Chopped onion for seasoning
  4. Salt and pepper for taste
  5. Syrup to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 360

  2. 2

    Grease a muffin pan

  3. 3

    Crack one egg at a time into a separate bowl. Whisk egg.

  4. 4

    Pour batter into pan 1/3 of the way full

  5. 5

    Pour syrup over pancake batter in the muffin pan.

  6. 6

    Pour egg on top of batter and season accordingly.

  7. 7

    Pour pancake batter over the egg until the muffin tin is full. Add more syrup if you like on top of the batter.

  8. 8

    Continue until the pan is full

  9. 9

    Place pan in the oven for 20 minutes or until fully cooked
