Shrimp & Lobster Pot Pie

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbsmall shrimp
  2. 8 ozlangostino lobster tail meat
  3. 1red bell pepper, diced
  4. Halfan onion, diced
  5. 3garlic cloves, diced
  6. 1celery stalk, diced
  7. Salt & pepper
  8. 3 tbsbutter
  9. 3 tbsflour
  10. 1 tbsshrimp bouillon
  11. 1& 1/2 cup water
  12. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  13. Cheddar bay biscuit mix
  14. Shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the shrimp and lobster until almost done and set aside. Mix up the biscuit dough and set aside.

    Cook onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, salt & pepper.

  3. 3

    Add butter then flour to make a roux. Then add shrimp bouillon, and slowly add in water, adding more as roux thickens. Then add heavy cream and the shrimp and lobster.

    Pour mixture into large ramekins.

    Top with the biscuit dough and bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Then brush with garlic butter packet and serve.
