Boil the potatoes until cooked. Then use a fork to mash the potatoes, making sure they are not very fine. Boil the carrots until tender and add them to the potato bowl.

Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly. Add a quarter teaspoon of salt and leave for 15 minutes. Then squeeze the cucumbers to remove the water. Put it in a potato bowl.

Take the hard-boiled eggs and crumble them with a fork and put them into the potato bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Add. Mix well. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
