A yummy Green Veggie variation to the wide variety of Parathas. These are so fresh and Green. The flavourful Dill Greens in these makes them taste different from the other Parathas. They make for an ideal Breakfast on any day of the week. Infact it is a very good Brunch idea too. Add lots of Coriander Leaves too along with Dill Leaves and Capsicum to make them look fresh and Green when you actually dig in. Enjoy these with Butter and salted Lassi to complement a perfect meal.
The Dill Greens are added directly to the dough along with finely chopped Capsicum for these lip-smacking homemade Parathas. Hence these taste a way lot better than the other variations. I decided to make these yummy Parathas this time for my family for Sunday Breakfast. Fresh bunches of Dill Greens taste super delicious. Let's get started with the recipe straight away.
Capsicum and Dill Leaves or Greens make for a unique combination. The crunch from the Capsicum and the flavour and taste from the Dill Leaves makes these a perfect combo. You would love them and children would enjoy the fresh Vegetables too. With sweet Curd or any Raita, these delicious and beautiful looking Parathas would disappear in no time and kids would definitely enjoy them. It's a best way to feed them the best food.

Steps
- 1
Knead a smooth dough for the parathas using the ingredients mentioned. Cover and keep aside for not more than 15 to 20 minutes. The standing time is a good idea always.
- 2
Divide the dough into equal sized balls. Now roll into parathas of medium or small size accordingly and cook on both the sides smearing with ghee or oil.
- 3
Roast the yummy parathas always on a low to a medium high heat only. Do not hurry about it. Parathas are a bit thicker and needs to be properly roasted inside out. So be a little patient while making them. Stack them up in a casserole to keep them warm.

Lip-smacking parathas are ready to be enjoyed with white butter and raita of your choice in just a matter of few minutes. Enjoy!
