Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgtomato
  2. salt
  3. water
  4. butter
  5. 1/2black pepper
  6. 2cloves
  7. bayleaf
  8. stickcardomn
  9. fresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    Cut half kg tomatoes in big pieces

  2. 2

    In a cooker add chopped tomatoes along with 1 cup water and salt

  3. 3

    Boil them properly

  4. 4

    Once it cool down, blend into smooth puree

  5. 5

    In a pan add 1 tb butter along with cloves, cardomn stick and bayleaf

  6. 6

    Saute few minutes and add tomato puree

  7. 7

    Give it a good boil for 2-3 min and add 1 cup water

  8. 8

    Cook for 2-4 min on medium flame

  9. 9

    Add salt and black pepper and mix properly

  10. 10

    Cook for 3-5 min on medium flame and serve hot

  11. 11

    Serve in a bowl and garnish with cream and coriander/mint leaf
