Healthy tasty masaledar green peas and potato sabji

First take potato peel it and cut into pieces first takea a pan.Add 3 tbsp oil and a1/2 cumin seed potato fry it till golden brown then put into a bowl. Then add chopped onion and green chilli saute for 1 minute

Then add chopped tomato and roast for 1 minute then add1/2 turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and
saute for 1 minute - 3
Then add green peas roast for sometime then add water and add potato cook and cover for 5 minutes

Then add two2 tbsp Malai and mix well then add1 tsp kasuri methi and 1 tsp Garam Masala and add 2 tbsp fresh coriander roast till the oil separate. Now our healthy tasty masaledar green peas and potato sabji is ready. Then transferred to a serving bowl and decorate with green chilli and coriander leaves. serve it
