Start by soaking the mung and both the chana for 6 to 7 hours or overnight.

Cook the mung for 2 whistles and chana for 4 whistles.

Also chop and cook potatoes along with groundnut for 2 whistles.

After everything cools down, add the mung, chana, potatoes and groundnuts.

Add the chopped tomato, coriander leaves, salt, chat masala, red chilli powder, jeera coriander powder and lemon juice and mix everything well.

Serve along with papad or as a part of lunch and enjoy ✨
