Simple moong stir fry breakfast

Soak moong for 10 minutes and rinse it off and cooked in pressure cooker 2 whistle. Keep it aside

Now heat kadai with oil. Now add cumin onion and shallow fry it.

Now add tomato and fry it till tomato cooked well.

Now add boiled moong and fry for while.

Now add turmeric,salt and garam masala powder and mix it well.and serve with hot.
