Blanch spinach for one minute.Clean, wash and chop methi and coriander leaves.Make paste of garlic and chilli.

In a mixing bowl add palak puree, chilli garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves and methi leaves, wheat flour, besan, sesame seeds,salt,turmeric and one tablespoon oil.Add 1/2 tspoon sugar.

Knead stiff dough and keep aside for half an hour.

After that roll puris.Heat oil in the karahi.Add rolled puri.When puffed up and gets brown.Keep in tissue paper.Serve hot.
