Ingredients

30 min
  1. 1/2 cuptorn wheat
  2. 1+ 1/4 cup water
  3. 1 tspsalt to taste
  4. 2 teaspoonsolive oil
  5. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  6. 3 clovesgarlic
  7. 1/4 cupmint
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  9. 1/2 cupfinely chopped tomatoes
  10. 1/2 cupfinely chopped cucumber
  11. 1/2 cupfinely chopped coriander

    First of all, take wheat grains in a bowl and take water in a pan and add salt and let it boil. When the water boils, turn off the gas and put the wheat grains in it and mix well.

    Let it sit until the wheat is cracked and it will be cracked in about 1/2 hour. Depends on how thick the fada is.

    Now chop all the vegetables and prepare all the ingredients. Now to make the dressing, mix olive oil and garlic bud, lemon juice, mint, salt and pepper in a mixing jar and crush it to make a smooth paste.

    Drain the water from the split wheat in a big bowl and add this dressing to it and mix well.

    Now add cucumber, tomatoes, coriander and mix well.

    So the healthy version of the salad is tabbouleh
