Slice the onion thinly. Add the cornstarch to a bowl. Season with seasoned salt. Coat the onion pieces and let rest 20-30 minutes. Heat oil and fry the onion pieces. Shake loose cornstarch off before putting in the oil to fry.

Fry in batches move to paper towels to absorb excess amounts of oil. Repeat till done. Don't get distracted or you will overcook the onions.
