Wash the chicken,slice then marinade with flour and soy sauce.Set aside

Heat wok,then pour cooking oil.Stir fry carrot and potatoes.Until a bit goldrn brown.Transfer to a plate and set aside.

In the same wok,sautee onion until soft.Then drop in the chicken.Dtir fry until golden brown.Then pour water,add chicken powder and curry paste.Bring to a boil.

Then add in potato and carrots.Simmer it,until half cook.Now,pour the coconut milk and simmer until done.
