Ingredients

  1. 50 gmsBoneless chicken
  2. Curry leaves a few
  3. 1 tbspCorn flour
  4. 4Button red chillies
  5. Juice of 1 lemon
  6. 2Green chillies
  7. Black pepper to taste
  8. White pepper to taste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbspOil
  11. Ginger 1/2" piece
  12. 3 cupsBroth

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add in ginger, curry leaves, button red chillies and chicken and fry well.

    Add in broth salt, green chillies and both the peppers and let it simmer rapidly.

    Add in corn flour and cook till slightly thickens.

    Mix in lemon.
