Ingredients

8 hours
6 kulfi
  • Half litre milk
  • 2Ripened mango pulp
  • 4 tablespoonsugar
  • Half cup milk powder
  • Half teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoonalmond cashews powder
  • 4-6saffron sticks
  • 2-3 tablespoonfresh cream

    First of all boil the milk on low flame. Take a mixer jar and add some cashews and almonds and make a fine powder now add mango pulp for this kulfi you try Alphonso mango which gives nice taste to our kulfi no need to add artificial test maker. Then add sugar and milk powder in it now grind it and make a paste you can also add milk cream which gives nice taste and texture to our kulfi

    If the mixture is not soft then add little milk in it so that we get smooth paste or Puri. Is milk is properly warm switch off the flame and make it cool now add grinded paste in it and mix it well. Now add saffron sticks and cardamom powder in it and mix it well.

    Now pore in kulfi molds and keep it in refrigerator for atlist 6 to 8 hours so that your kulfi is properly ready.

    After 8 hours you can try your kulfi. after De moulding enjoy your kulfi by cutting in pieces or you can put stick in it try this kulfi at home.
