Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • Corrainder powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Green chilli
  • Whipped Yoghurt
  • Double cream
  • Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry your chicken in hot oil until they are white and gradually add your spices

  2. 2

    Once almost cooked at in your green chilli and whipped yoghurt and mix so it don’t curdle

  3. 3

    Then add in double cream and a splash of water

  4. 4

    Keep mixing and add some cheese to make a nice sauce
