Wash and pit the cherries, then freeze them for 2-4 hours. Or use store-bought frozen cherries.

In a blender, combine the milk, vanilla extract, frozen cherries, and ice cream. Blend until smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add a little more milk.

Add the chocolate and blend briefly to mix in.

Drizzle a little chocolate syrup inside a glass, then pour in the milkshake. Top with extra cherries, syrup, chopped chocolate, or whipped cream. Enjoy!
