Dhokla is a favorite farsan of Gujaratis. It is eaten for breakfast , lunch , tea - time & also for dinner . Generally dhokla batter is made with rice & urad dal . But this dhokla is made using samak rice which is eaten during fast / vrat .

This farali version of dhokla is a very quick recipe which requires no soaking or fermentation . It is absolutely delicious & it will satisfy your cravings for dhokla during Navratri .
