Ingredients

  • 5-6russet potatoes cooked
  • 1egg (1/4 cup egg white)
  • 2 tbsbutter
  • 1 tbscornstarch
  • Alfredo sauce
  • Parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425

  2. 2

    Peel and dice potatoes. Place in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Should be able to poke with fork.

  3. 3

    Combine potatoes, egg, butter, and corn starch in bowl. Use hand mixer to combine all ingredients.

  4. 4

    Place potato mixture on pizza pan/stone and shape.

  5. 5

    Bake crust for 30-40 or until browned.

  6. 6

    Add Alfredo sauce and Parmesan cheese (and whatever other toppings you choose). Place back in oven for 15 min or until cheese is completely melted.
