Put all the pieces of fruits and vegetables on a plate.Transfer them in a mixer jar,add 1 cup water and blend.Grind it to a smooth juice.

Strain it in a soup strainer,collect the juice in a steel pan.

Now heat this on slow heat,add Agar agar powder and mix.Greade a plate with ghee.When the juice becomes thick transfer it on a greased plate.Leave it for an hour and then cut into small pieces.Your power packed gummies are ready to eat.
