Easy and delicious matcha chia pudding recipe! I added in red beans to give it some sweetness, and this is perfect when balanced with unsweetened greek yogurt and berries.

Easy and delicious matcha chia pudding recipe! I added in red beans to give it some sweetness, and this is perfect when balanced with unsweetened greek yogurt and berries.

Weigh out 4 g matcha and sift it into a bowl.

Add in 1/2 cup of the soy milk and whisk the matcha. Then pour in rest of the soy milk and mix.

Refrigerate for 1-2 hr or overnight to let chia seeds soak in the milk.

Open the red bean paste and prep the berries and yogurt.

Layer your cup! Add in a layer of yogurt, followed by chia seeds and red bean. Repeat the layers!

Serve with berries on top and enjoy!
