Kanda Poha is a popular maharashtrian poha recipe suitable for breakfast made with flatten rice , onions, spices, peanuts & lemon juice.
Steps

Take poha in a bowl, pour water, wash them & rinse them quickly.

Drain the water completely.

Heat a pan with oil, fry the peanuts on medium heat until golden & crunchy.Remove the peanuts to a plate.

To the same oil add mustard seeds, when they begin to crackle,add slit green chillies,curry leaves, chopped onions.

Saute until the onions turn lightly pink.Add the boiled green peas & then the soaked poha.

Now add salt, sugar, turmeric powder to it & mix well.

Now turn off the heat, squeeze lemon juice.Add ghee to the poha, mix well.

Now transfer the delicious, yummy kanda poha to a serving plate, garnish the poha with some fried peanuts & chopped coriander leaves.
