Prep time -5 mins, Refrigeration -24 hrs

1large carrot
1/2 cupgreen cheese
4-5strings
1cling film
1crust of green capsicum

Steps

Prep time -5 mins, Refrigeration -24 hrs

Wash a carrot and grate fine.

Keep it on a cling film

Add cream cheese in the centre and fold the cling film wrap tightly around it, tie a knot

Take threads and tie around it in cross direction to give marks on a pumpkin as you would see. Tie it tight

Refrigerate 24 hrs

Untie the knots, open the cling wrap and plate, with biscuits around it and place a green capsicum in crust on it. Give it to kids to apply on a biscuit as a spread and watch the kids enjoy 😊

Tips

Refrigeration is very important
Folding the grated carrot on all sides over the cream cheese tightly is important
