Boil glass noodle for 1 minute

Cut green pepper into thin. Cut carrot like kimpira.

In a pan, heat sesame oil and fry minced meat. Add vegetables. Then add glass noodles.

Mix say sauce, sake, and mirin in a cup to make a sauce.

Add sauce to the pan and cook until the soup is gone.
