Ingredients

1 box pillsbury sugar free devil choc. Cake mix
  1. Around 2 cups nonfat greek yogurt vanilla
  2. 1/4 cupcoconut oil
  3. Around 1 1/2 cups fairlife milk
  4. 3eggs
  5. Ganache
  6. 1/2 cupdark chocolate & 2 dark chocolate Lindt balls
  7. 1/4 cupheavy cream
  8. 1 tbspcorn syrup
  9. 1 tbspbutter

Steps

    Mix all ingredients together. Add more oil or milk to get a medium consistency. Not too runny

  2. 2

    Spray donut and cupcake tins. (Made 12 donuts and 8 cupcakes)

  3. 3

    I added some chocolate chips to the rest of the batter for the muffins before baking. I did not double the ganache for dipping the muffins, but you can to make cupcakes if you want.

    Bake at 325 for 20 minutes

  5. 5

    Once the donuts are cool, microwave the butter and heavy cream for one minute and 20 seconds in a bowl to dip. Submerge the chocolate while hot and let it sit for one minute. Mix well and then stir in corn syrup. Dip the donuts in and let cool.
