Difficult to freeze but maybe you bc a flash freeze them first to store for meal prepping.

Mix all ingredients together. Add more oil or milk to get a medium consistency. Not too runny

Spray donut and cupcake tins. (Made 12 donuts and 8 cupcakes)

I added some chocolate chips to the rest of the batter for the muffins before baking. I did not double the ganache for dipping the muffins, but you can to make cupcakes if you want.

Bake at 325 for 20 minutes

Once the donuts are cool, microwave the butter and heavy cream for one minute and 20 seconds in a bowl to dip. Submerge the chocolate while hot and let it sit for one minute. Mix well and then stir in corn syrup. Dip the donuts in and let cool.
