So let us start making this simple Immunity Booster Soup.

Steps

Chop green garlic & 🧄 garlic flakes. Keep them separately. Chop ginger too. Keep them aside.

Take green garlic both whites and greens in a mixer jar, add 2 tsp water & blend to a smooth paste. Keep aside.

Now take a pan, melt white butter in it, add chopped garlic 🧄 & ginger. Saute for a minute. Do not burn them.

Add green garlic paste & saute till the raw smell from the paste goes away.

Add oats flour
- 6
& boil for 5 - 7 minutes or till the required consistency of the soup is achieved.

Add salt & pepper. Mix. Give it one final boil & serve immediately.
Tips
1. A soothing winter soup .
2. You can use yellow salted butter 🧈 but garlic /green garlic sauted in white butter , takes the soup to another level altogether.
3. You can use corn flour slurry instead of oats flour . But I have tried to make the soup heathier by using oats flour .
