Chop the onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes. In a skillet, sauté the onions first. When they turn translucent, add the bell pepper and tomatoes.

Meanwhile, finely chop the chicken and hard-boil the eggs.

Next, add the chicken to the skillet and let it absorb the flavors from the mixture. Season with salt and spices to taste. I used paprika, cumin, and pizza seasoning. Let the mixture cool, then add the olives and chopped eggs.
