Happy Birthday Cookpad. I am presenting my favourite recipe. As kids gets bored of same til chikki i tried something new. As such having sesame seeds in winter is very good for our health. So i wish other home chefs to try this new version of chikki and in this way you can serve sesame seeds to your children and they will also enjoy.

In a thick bottom pan dry roast sesame seeds just for 5 minutes stirring constantly.

Now spread them on kitchen towel. And let it cool.

In the same thick bottom pan take ghee and add chopped jaggery mix well. Stir continuously.

As jaggery changes its colour take a drop of syrup and put it in the water if it breaks immediately it means your syrup is ready.

Immediately add sesame seeds and mix well. Grease the platform or plate.

Transfer the chikki to platform and with the help of rolling pin roll thin sheet.

Take both the chocolates and melt it with double boiler method. Apply a layer on chikki and make marks on it.

As it comes to room temperature make pieces. So enjoy new version of chikki and enjoy kite flying
